Mystical entity who lives deep in Tonewood Forest. Early on, Claire's Hair is in dire need of attention by the heroes.

Endgame spoilers:

Much later, the heroes seek her out again in the hope of getting help with Maelstro. While she is powerless, she advises them to visit The Sage, living deep within the long unkempt Lower Locks of her proud mane.
