Location: Puppettoot sometimes appears in the room with the big hole in Tillatek CYBERJUNGLE ("Level 6: Winner's Workshop"), adjacent to Dac's room. It doesn't always appear, so leaving and reentering the room can be helpful. Either way, it also occasionally appears in battles against other Tillatek enemies.
Beat Biography:
After the success of Tingtung, Mutilla got more elaborate with their designs, while incorporating the same fusion of technology and demon magic. Thus, the Puppettoots were born.
