Madam Bouffant and the Boys
Madam Bouffant and the Boys is the side gig of the second legendary fight, located in Claire's Hair. It consists of four optional battles and a fight against Madam Bouffant.

Somewhere deep within Claire's Hair, a particularly vocal troupe of birds challenge any who dare enter their lair.
Description
- Upon receiving: The boisterous Madam Bouffant has challenged you with a proposition: defeat her and her boys or get lost.
- Leaving the lair early: You decided to chicken out and not accept Madam Bouffant's challenge. She remains in Claire's Hair, awaiting a worthy challenger.
- Fighting the boys first: You've accepted Madam Bouffant's challenge, choosing first to fight her boys. So far, you've defeated X of her boys.
Completion
You've defeated Madam Bouffant after fighting her boys!
She's acknowledged Deathbulge's abilites as musicians and has taught you how to absolutely belt it out in the process.

Guide
To find Madam Bouffant's lair, you have to navigate through Claire's Hair by choosing the lower right exit at the first junction, then exit to the north and cross the braid bridging above the path leading to The Wet Beak.
Though Madam Bouffant is the only obligatory battle to finish the gig, defeating each boy lowers the difficulty of the legendary fight. The boys mostly apply bar and measure effects and each of them has one special attack:
- Beakbox Beatdown – B.K. Boxxa applies Fortify to the enemy's bar and deals damage
- The Dire Squawk – Diresquawk applies four measures of Mad Pain to the player's bar
- Violent Vocal – Zeen deals heavy damage
- Grand Croon – Hadley applies four measures of Haste to the enemy's bar and deals damage
The legendary fight has two phases: the summoning and the performance. During the summoning, Madam Bouffant mostly uses her boys' abilities – not defeating the boys beforehand allows her to use their special attacks which makes the fight more challenging.
