This Measure Effect can be triggered by Ian's A Tribute to Babby Mod.
While this effect is present, a fish companion will be summoned to fight alongside the party. On its turn, this companion will restore either 20% max life of the active character or 15% of each characters max life for the whole party. If a bandmate has fallen, it will bring them back to fighting fit, with 7.5% of their max life. Wearing the Chuckridge Cuttlebrander Patch increases the strength of the heals by 10 percentage points each, to 30% single target, 25% party, and 15% reveive heal.
