This Measure Effect can be triggered by Briff's Weaver of Darkness Mod.
While this effect is present, a drumming spider companion, Eggie, will be summoned to fight alongside the party. On its turn, this companion will deal Melody damage to a single foe and apply a harmful effect to their Bar. He will either deal Light Melody damage and apply Slow or Moderate Melody damage and apply Pain. Each third turn he gets, he will unleash an emotional solo (Widney's Rebuke) dealing Heavy Melody damage to all foes. Wearing the Chuckridge Cuttlebrander Patch increases Severity of each attack by one tier, i.e. the Slow attack to Moderate, the Pain attack to Heavy and Widney's Rebuke to Massive.
Eggie's damage is based on his own Melody stat, which scales with band level and is 20 at level 1 and 80 at max level 20.
